Unprofessional!! We took our truck to change 1 single rear brake at 10:45 AM saturday morning. They asked for our number and email and never called us to tell us our vehicle was ready so they closed the shop and now we have to wait until Monday when they open back up to pick up my truck. Unfortunately this made me have to miss out on work and my mothers wedding celebration! SMH!! Never coming here again! Update: Husband went to pick up the truck and they i guess had a problem with my review the first time. LOL i never received any calls however i did receive a text recommending OTHER services i did not ask for. All i asked for was a simple brake pad change and they still did not even do that. We were told they called “multiple” times and said every single call went to “voicemail” but whats funny is that i still received the text and not the call? Doesn’t add up but Basically They made it very clear all they care about is money!

Great staff, great service for a great price. They have been there since I was a child and so I trust them because I have never had a bad experience with any service or repair. They also give you warranty on repairs 3 years/36,000 miles and free towing , if needed, which makes feel secure. As a military veteran I value great service and respectable pricing. I’ll definitely recommend to anyone especially VETS and Military.

When we found a 2006 Ford Five Hundred with only 32,000 miles, we thought we had found a great first car for our 16-year-old son, Jerry. Throughout the process, Roger kept us informed and answered all of our questions. What really stood out was their honesty and professionalism. They didn’t try to sell us work we didn’t need, and they treated us with respect from start to finish. As a parent, it’s a great feeling knowing your child’s first vehicle has been looked over by people you can trust. Today, Jerry is driving his first car and loving it. New here in San Antonio, I was looking for a shop to do my tire balancing so I was checking out a couple of shops. Then I saw them, I read I couple of reviews and decided to check it out. I'm glad I did as it didn't disappoint. Tire balancing was great and it did fix my steering wheel vibration at 80mph. Will definitely recommend and go back to this shop. Kudos to the team.

Been coming here since a kid my grandmother had a bar across the street called las prietas in the 80s. Polo has the best equipment and the most experienced in automotive and rims and tires. I’ll b back soon. The alignment stayed good.
